JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage day‑to‑day AMS operations for Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and support quality standards.Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management processes.Conduct weekly/monthly service review meetings with business and leadership.Maintain AMS dashboards, metrics, and performance reports.📋 Project & Enhancement Management
Lead small to medium‑scale enhancements, minor projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage requirement gathering, effort estimation, prioritization, and delivery planning.Coordinate with functional and technical teams for design, development, testing, and deployment.Ensure proper documentation (BRD, FDD, test scripts, release notes).Preferred Qualifications
