Manage day-to-day project including coordinating all activities with main contractors and sub-contractors.
Plan, supervise, execute and follow up on all projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and within project budget.
Monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal and safety compliances till completion of projects.
Liaise and communicate with Quantity Surveyors as well as drafter for project material submissions and ensure they are approved before issuing material requisition.
Submit all site progression reports to the Quantity Surveyor as well as handling main contractors / authorities paperwork requirements.
Allocate manpower effectively for each individual project on a weekly basis, maximising the productivity of all the workers at site.
Plan forecast and work process for all projects, to ensure that cost is kept within budget set.
