Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
Work breakdown and planning the project into phases to fulfil the plan and meet the project tollgates and milestones in full according to time, budget and quality.
Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and systems (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance, etc.).
Identify, develop risk response plan, monitor and control project risks.
Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO's).
Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
