Responsibilities
  • Manage AMC contracts for fire alarm and fire fighting systems
  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, complaints and emergency call-outs
  • Lead service engineers, technicians and supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense requirements and NFPA standards
  • Monitor contract performance, service reports and KPI achievements
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and manpower deployment plans
  • Review inspection reports and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical support
  • Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts and identify business opportunities
