Work Location: Woodlands (10 mins walk from Admiralty MRT) | Islandwide project sites

Work Hour: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (5.5 days)

Salary: Basic up to $ 8,000/month + AWS + VB + Transport Allowance

Job Description

• Lead and manage large-scale ACMV projects from start to completion
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, schedules and resource allocation
• Manage project budgets, timelines and ensure quality delivery
• Supervise site engineers, project engineers and subcontractors
• Review ACMV design drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate installation of chilled water systems, VRV/VRF, AHU and FCU
• Oversee testing and commissioning of ACMV systems
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams
