You will be the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff - Level 4 for the Project Management and Planning Operations team which is responsible for coordinating build‑team activities and ensuring process compliance on Advanced Development Programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for aligning build teams, supporting supervisors and engineers, and driving process‑improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Identify, coordinate, and align build‑team functions supporting major Advanced Development Programs.
+ Assist floor supervisors and project engineers with business execution tasks, serving as the FOD‑prevention point of contact and iCAR coordinator.
