Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 12 facilities across Western Spain from our Barcelona hub. You will be a key driver in ensuring smooth, uninterrupted sorting operations, directly contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high performance and minimal downtime of sorting and conveyor systems
• Lead maintenance strategies for conveyors, scanning systems, X-ray, and building infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues during operations and optimise system performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards
• Oversee building maintenance and support site operations
• Control budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance reporting
