Job Description

The Project In-Charge oversees the implementation of furniture projects from site mobilization to final turnover. Responsible for coordinating installation teams, managing site progress, and ensuring compliance with client specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role bridges the office-based planning team and site execution crew, serving as the main contact for site-related concerns, installation quality, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities for furniture delivery, installation, assembly, and punchlisting.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely delivery and accurate item dispatch.
• Interpret installation layouts, technical drawings, and project specifications to guide installers and subcontractors.
