Supervises assigned projects from the preparation of all materials requests, delivery, and balances to facilitating timely work turnover of workers.
Ensures that the workplace and workers abide by company regulations, published guidelines, and government safety policies throughout the project operations.
Coordinates with other departments on matters related to billing, technical issues, quality control, and project delivery schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related course
With relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in natural and concrete polish architectural finishes, and at least 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or Project in Charge
Familiarity with industry procedures, estimates, shop drawing preparations, cost control, and job analysis
