The Opportunity

In this role, you will take responsibility for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance across complex HVDC and grid integration projects. You will work closely with project leadership to define and deliver HSE strategies that align with contractual requirements and ensure safe project execution from tendering through completion. Your work will include preparing HSE plans, supporting project design activities, and managing compliance with local, global, and customer-specific requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers to embed HSE considerations into every phase of the project lifecycle—supporting activities such as design reviews, site operations, and construction interfaces.
