Job Description

• Project Financing & Structuring: Lead the development and execution of financing strategies for solar and wind projects from late-stage development to construction.
• Project Financing & Structuring: Oversee and manage the full financing process, including coordinating due diligence, managing advisors, and supporting documentation through financial close.

• Offtake Agreement Support: Support commercial negotiations and risk analysis related to power offtake agreements.
• Offtake Agreement Support: Provide financial input during offtake structuring and contracting phases.
