Role Objective

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for industrial warehouse construction and office fit-out projects from planning and mobilization to execution commissioning and final handover. This role acts as the single point of accountability on-site and functions as the operational extension of management. The position requires a strong balance of strategic planning, technical oversight and day-to-day site coordination to ensure timely, cost-controlled and compliant project delivery within UAE standards.

1. Project Planning & Mobilization

• Develop complete project plans covering scope, timelines, manpower allocation, material planning and cash-flow requirements.
• Translate architectural/structural drawings into practical sequenced site activities.
