Requirements:
Min. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Must be able to work and lead independently in a dynamic environment
Min 3-4 years experience in construction-related industry
Possessing a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors would be preferable
Able to liaise with clients and consultants on the project
A team player, possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills
Cost management of projects to be within budget
Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders
Establish the sub-contract scope of work, detailing the construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix
Any other tasks assigned by the management
