Job Summary Provide essential support and co-lead with Construction and Project Managers to manage project controls documentation, schedule coordination, procurement assistance, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities - Support and co-lead with Construction and Project Managers to receive, log, review, track, expedite, and distribute submittals, RFIs, and other project controls documentation
- Review submittals returned from Architect or Engineer and notify the Project Team of potential cost or schedule impacts based on review comments
- Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of contract documents including plans, specifications, and schedules to support project execution
- Collect, assemble, and distribute various weekly project reports to keep stakeholders informed
