Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned multistorey structural steel projects.
Coordinate with suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on technical requirements, material delivery schedules, project updates and follow-up matters.
Provide Mandarin-English communication and translation support for technical discussions, project documents and supplier coordination.
Review clients’ technical documentation, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Maintain project technical files, records and documentation.
Develop Method Statements for structural steel erection and project execution.
Prepare MTO, BOQ, Scope of Work and technical specifications for steel structure sub-building projects.
Prepare technical documentation for steel structure material requisition and assist the procurement department in technical evaluations.
