Lead, plan, organize, and supervise all lifting operations on site in coordination with the operations team.
Prepare, review, and update lifting plans, erection plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures for crawler cranes, mobile cranes, and other lifting activities.
Act as the focal point for site lifting operations and coordinate closely with lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
Maintain proper registers, permits, certificates, inspection reports, maintenance records, and other documentation for plant, machinery, and lifting equipment.
Monitor the validity and compliance status of lifting plant, equipment, and related records to ensure readiness for safe operation on site.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the hire, mobilization, release, maintenance, servicing, and repair of cranes, lifting gear, plant, and equipment.
