We are seeking a highly motivated individual with min. 4 years of experience in engineering and construction, preferably within the railway industry. Job Description Ability to understand and convert client's Project requirements into the required plan to be executed by the project team Experience in Engineering and Construction works, preferably in the railway industry in Singapore or Malaysia Familiarity in the use of Risk and Product Management Software. Good knowledge of Project management processes & practices. Familiarity in Risk Analysis Ability to manage all aspects of contract document management system Ability to manage contracts, submittals, transmittals, change management etc. Experience in producing monthly and weekly reports for the construction works Experience in trouble shooting the problems Good customer management skills.
