Prepare and submit to Project Manager for his approval, all required project documentation of assigned activities prior to submission to the client, supplier, or in‑house other departments.
Liaise, coordinate and follow‑up with other departments, suppliers for their activities and deliverables.
Liaise with client representatives during execution of the project for deliverables, follow‑ups.
Monitor and report to Project Manager, the progress, the shortfalls and the critical issues of the project.
Interaction with project team members on day‑to‑day basis.
Interaction with all relevant departments on requirement basis.
Follow and implement the Department procedures, Company’s Quality/HSEM/ISM Procedures as applicable.
