This position is accountable for Engineering Coordination and managing all Engineering Interfaces.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties - To prepare engineering execution plan as part of Project execution plan & present to discuss the same with all concerned before being finalized
- To update the engineering execution plan continuous basis with life cycle of project
- To organize on time Contract review (Technical requirements) with all disciplines
- To organize on time internal kick off meetings on projects
- To expedite for time execution of engineering in line with engineering schedule & report to PEM/PM
- Prepare Engineering Deliverable List, Purchase Requisition List and IDC Document Distribution Matrix
- Maintain various log & registers i.e. Issue Log, Hold List, DCN Register, Comment Resolution Sheet Record, Concession Request Record, Technical Query Record
