Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise site activities for interior and fit‑out projects from mobilization to handover.
  • Coordinate closely with design, MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on‑site, providing practical solutions during construction.
  • Attend site meetings, track progress, and follow up on action items with contractors and consultants.
  • Ensure proper coordination between all disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
