Responsibilities:
Lead the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team overseeing the recovery of a major infrastructure restoration project of a deep wastewater pumping station.
Manage the EPC contract for the restoration, ensuring successful execution through all phases: condition assessment, refurbishment, enhancement, and commissioning.
Oversee scope, schedule, interface, procurement, cost, quality, risk, change, and communication management.
Facilitate smooth coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure project adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and quality assurance.
Provide strategic oversight and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
