Operations Director / Project Director

About the role

In this role you will oversee a variety of client‑led work as part of the OLIVER Philippines Hub team. You will work with a variety of clients from four main industries – Insurance & Pharma. As the Project Director you will define and shape all account processes and set operational best practices across the client accounts. You will wear many hats and need a versatile skill set to manage varied and dynamic projects.

Reporting to the Business Director, the Project Director oversees this growing team currently comprising a Senior Account Manager, Designer and Copywriter. The Hub Team is a central resource that supports and delivers creative output for key clients across the region.
