Project Director

I am currently working with a Top Tier One Main Contractor, who have a couple of opportunities for a Project Director, to lead on either a major £150 Million New Build Commercial Project or a £20 Million New School.

Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process as No1 on site, on major projects, and leading teams of up to 6-12 Managers. Experience on planning, pre-con and delivery would be desirable.

Responsibilities for Project Director

• Working on a flagship project for a leading Main Contractor
• Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
• Oversee the scheme as Lead, covering technical and commercial teams on site.
• Oversee the whole build process from start to finish.
