JOB SUMMARY

The Project Development Manager is responsible for overseeing project profitability and managing the full cycle of the project development process, including feasibility studies, project design & planning, project launch & implementation, turnover to clients and set-up of property management operations. The PDM champions project success by leading and working with his / her partners from Design & Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits & Property Management to ensure timely accomplishment of milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PROJECT INCEPTION

• Gather data necessary for competitor and market analysis
• Analyses competitor and market data and recommends project concept and pricing

2. PROJECT PLANNING

• Recommends ideas for project conceptualization such as product mix and sizes
• Assists the Permits Group should there be problems in the acquisition of permits and licenses
