• Manage projects from order handover through delivery and project closeout
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, milestones, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance functions globally.
• Manage customer communications, approvals, technical clarifications, and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and commercial impacts.
• Monitor project performance, reporting, invoicing, and delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and PMO best practices.
