Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily project activities (packing, moving, relocation)
Work closely with operations teams to deploy manpower and equipment
Be the main point of contact for clients during projects
Attend site visits and ensure smooth project execution
Oversee on-site work such as packing, loading, and equipment positioning
Ensure safety standards and proper handling of machinery
Prepare basic documentation (method statements, checklists, permits)
Coordinate with vendors such as transporters and crane operators
Track project progress, timelines, and flag any issues early
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in coordination or logistics is a plus
Good communication and organisation skills
Comfortable with site work and a fast-paced environment
