Job Responsibilities:
. Coordination for projects
. Project documentation and planning
. Responsible in ensuring smooth execution of projects
. Ensuring full completion of projects
. Liaising between parties (clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants) for projects
. Responsible in balancing and control of budget of allocated projects
. Representation of company in coordination meetings
. Work closely with the administrative and technical departments
Requirements:
. Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
. Able to read and understand architectural/structural drawings will be an added advantage
. Relevant experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
. Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license, own vehicle advantage
