            Responsibilities To assist project team in sourcing material or service required like obtain catalogue, COC and project reference. 
To liase with supplier for mobilisation and demob of equipment on rental from site. 
To coordinate with subcontractor for work arrangement. 
To prepare Certificate of Payment for subcontract work. 
To consolidate material order and submit to purchasing department for further processing. 
To consolidate all the document received. Keep a copy of records and send the originals back to HQ.
