Coordinate project activities and ensure they align with project goals and timelines.
Track project progess, plan and expenditures and report any issues on delay with project manager, elevate when necessary.
Handle and support all project related duties from project briefing to completion, including profit sheets, vendor quotations, submitting vendor invoices, project inventory updates, redistribution orders, project coordination and logistics arrangements.
Assist in reviewing as-built floor plans, reports, etc.
Assist with site coordination works as needed, act as a point of contact for project related inquiries.
Support Project Managers as necessary in day-to-day operations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports and other project related documents.
Facilitate communication between project team members.
