Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & SchedulingAssist the Project Manager in planning project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation.
Prepare, monitor, and update project progress schedules using Excel, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
Support in tracking milestones and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate day-to-day site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
Ensure smooth workflow, timely material delivery, and compliance with work schedules.
Attend site meetings, record minutes, and prepare progress and coordination reports.
