Job Description
This Project Coordinator role supports a large-scale equipment relocation and manufacturing ramp-up project. You will focus on building, managing, and maintaining detailed project plans in Microsoft Project while driving communication, accountability, and execution across cross-functional teams on the plant floor. You will help keep timelines on track, ensure updates are accurately captured, and provide clear visibility to leadership on project progress and risks.
Responsibilities

+ Build, manage, and maintain detailed project plans in Microsoft Project, including Gantt charts, timelines, and task dependencies.

+ Own day-to-day updates to the project schedule by collecting and incorporating daily and weekly inputs from stakeholders.
