Job Description
• Create SAP quotations and convert to sales orders
• Process customer purchase orders in SAP with accuracy around pricing, terms, and delivery
• Monitor backlog and order status reports; resolve holds, delays, and discrepancies
• Create outbound deliveries and shipments in SAP
• Obtain and apply freight quotes accurately
• Ensure shipment documentation (including trailer certificates) is completed and distributed timely
• Document all order changes, pricing updates, and customer communications in SAP
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned distributor/customer accounts
• Proactively communicate delivery risks or schedule changes
• Support post sale activities including invoice discrepancies, returns, and freight claims
• Maintain order, shipment, and invoice tracking in Excel and Smartsheets
• Manage sales related cases in Salesforce
• Ensure data consistency across SAP, Salesforce, and reporting tools
