Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, joinery production, site execution, and estimation teams to ensure milestones are delivered on schedule
Review, track, and distribute project drawings and revisions using AutoCAD; coordinate drawing clarifications between design teams, site engineers, and subcontractors
Monitor project schedules proactively — identify delays, bottlenecks, and execution risks before they escalation, and report directly to the Project Manager or Operations Manager
Maintain all project documentation, including trackers, submission schedules, approval logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports
Coordinate material deliveries, approvals, and procurement timelines to prevent site-level disruptions
Visit project sites as required to verify progress, support coordination between office and field teams, and ensure project requirements are executed as approved
