**Scope of Responsibilities** : This role will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Department by planning, coordinating, and supporting both projects and process improvement initiatives across the division.
**Job Summary:** The Project Coordinator is responsible for identifying, defining, and supporting projects and process improvement opportunities within ProAct.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the completion of project management documentation (e.g., Project Charter, Project Plan, Gannt Charting and Project Close out procedures)
+ Partners with department leaders to assess, design and execute both strategic and operational projects.
+ Provides regular updates to department leaders regarding project scope and progress.
