Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major Dublin-based building fit-out, workplace transition and office occupation project. This Project Coordinator role will focus on project coordination, contractor coordination, stakeholder management, facilities coordination, project administration, operational readiness, office relocation support, procurement coordination and project reporting within a fast-paced project delivery environment. The successful candidate will support multiple project workstreams including fit-out coordination, workplace transition planning, vendor management, office move coordination and facilities operations while ensuring timelines, documentation, communication and project milestones are effectively managed.
