The Project Coordinator will work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. 



Day Shift-Start Time, 6AM



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.

• Assist in developing and executing small project plans.

• Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.

• Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports.

• Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.

• Supporting management of material for launch and production.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Education and Experience (required):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
