            Job Description: Coordinate with project team on site architectural works on a daily basis to ensure timely completion of projects 
Conduct regular inspections to ensure subcontractors and workers carry out architectural works according to approved drawings and specifications 
Prepare technical and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD for submissions and approvals 
Disseminate correct information, instructions, and shop drawings to subcontractors and workers 
Liaise with subcontractors on technical issues 
Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time 
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience 
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building / Construction, or related disciplines 
Proficient in AutoCAD 
Able to interpret architectural and construction drawings 
Dynamic, good team player, and able to work well with people
