Project Controls Manager - Paris - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Project Controls Manager to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming french location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities:

Manage the overall project budget and ensure compliance with processes.

Follow industry best practices for cost controls

Utilize the existing Corporate Engineering template (Excel Spreadsheet) or create alternate reporting tool to maintain a project forecast (commitments, actual cash flow and forecast); interface with vendors and site personnel to understand invoicing schedules

Develop understanding of Standard Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Manage and monitor custom CBS structure within the Excel Spreadsheet
