Parsons is anticipating the need for a Project Controls Manager to join our team and support on a complex infrastructure project in Dublin.
In this role, you will manage planning, cost, risk, and performance functions across a major metro infrastructure project, ensuring accurate baselines for schedule, cost, and scope, enabling informed decision-making and effective governance.
This position is based on site in Dublin.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead project controls activities, including planning, cost management, risk management, and performance monitoring, across complex infrastructure projects.Establish and maintain standardized PMO frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and delivery outcomes.Provide guidance and oversight to project teams, mentoring project controllers and driving continuous improvements in tools, processes, and reporting standards.
