Project Controls, Governance & Ways of Working
Support adherence to the company's delivery governance framework, lifecycle, phase‑gates, mandatory artefacts, controls standards, and approvals.Ensure controls processes for schedule, cost, risk, issues, changes, and reporting are consistently applied across all projects.Assist Project Managers in preparing high‑quality governance materials and decision‑ready information.Planning, Scheduling & Baseline Management
