Lead and coordinate the full scope of project control functions including planning, cost control, risk management, change management, and reporting
Ensure alignment with company standards, procedures, and objectives
Manage development of project schedules and cost forecasts
Oversee cost control systems, budget performance, and variance analysis.
Quantities and smooth cash flow management
Prepare and review contractual and commercial deliverables including tender documentation
Supervise multidisciplinary and multicultural project control teams
Provide direction to planners and Cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of project schedules, plan costs.
Preparation and update of Project Controls sections of the Project Execution Plan, including WBS, CBS, Progress measurement procedure and Reporting procedure
