Coordinate and support data migration, user training, and parallel runs as needed.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
Work cross‑functionally with regional and local teams including product, payroll, legal, and compliance teams.
Process & Documentation
Prepare high‑quality project documentation including configuration logs, test scripts, and user guides.
