Manage sub-projects from end-to-end, under the oversight of the core team
Track and manage project deliverables to ensure they are on time, on track, and aligned to requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress, align expectations, and ensure timely communication of updates and milestones
Prepare proposals and supporting materials based on inputs and requirements to facilitate discussions and decision-making
Support project administration, including documentation, records management, and coordination of implementation, events, and engagement activities
Internal Communications
Develop visually appealing and effective communication materials (i.e. electronic direct mail (EDMs), newsletters, internal memos, and other engagement materials)
