Overview
Supports land/site development and stormwater projects from planning through construction, working in Civil 3D within a small, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute design and analysis for site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater systemsPrepare technical reports, documentation, and cost estimatesAssist with construction administration (submittals, RFIs, coordination)Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure design complianceCollaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients/stakeholdersQualifications
