Role: Project Associate – Building Envelope in our Rockville, MD location

Job Description:
As a Project Associate you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Managers and taking an active part in conducting on-site inspections to identify deficiencies, as well as ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards. Primary focus will be to work directly with a senior project manager on building envelope and façade related projects. Assist all aspects of restoration engineering projects on primarily existing buildings, from inception to completion, including assisting with field evaluations/investigations, design bidding, and construction administration and observation for projects under construction. At least 2+ years of work experience is preferred
