            Articulate and deliver creative concept, site specific designs that reflect the brand identity 
Lead the design development process 
Maintain project manual and specifications: a comprehensive document defining standards, elaborating design vocabulary, approves materials and furniture cataloging 
Conduct site visit at key stages and document feedback to ensure adherence of execution to issued drawings and specifications 
Coordinating with projects team for physical execution 
Coordinate externally with consultants (structure and MEP) 
Prepare and maintain record of submittals of addendum and corrigendum issue of drawings and instructions during construction 
Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser for zoning, categories and SKUs 
Preparing concept presentations, mall submission drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings in liaison with the draftsman
