Reviews and sets up assigned service contracts, and service parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system goals.
Establishes and measures internal service process and associated compliance.
Participates in internal service contract team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
Validates cost to date and reconciles service contract data in business system.
Reconciles purchase order discrepancies to support the Service fulfillment process.
Reconciles purchasing card transactions.
Reviews billing backlog and coordinates/communicates with Service Managers, Resource Coordinators, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims as necessary to resolve obstacles.
Qualifications
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
