Project Administrator
Well-known, dynamic Project Management Consulting company in Pretoria is looking for a driven, motivated Project Administrator. The successful incumbent must have own transport and valid driver’s license, willing to travel to site. Relevant Project Admin/Management qualification is an advantage. 3-5 years experience of Project Administration in construction/mining and/or engineering environments is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
- Prepare project organization and communication charts
- Attend project progress meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
