Support the project team by performing essential administrative functions to ensure smooth project operations. Prepare meeting minutes and maintain all documentation and records for compliance with audit standards and ISO policies. Manage visitor inquiries, coordinate communication between site and the corporate office, and handle telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence for the Project Director and team members. Oversee financial processes, including petty cash management, payment recommendations, purchase requisitions, work orders, and quotations from subcontractors/suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
