Job Responsibilities
Handle project documentation submission, tracking and filing.
Prepare and submit documents to clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
Maintain proper records including and not limited to catalogue, drawings, correspondence and approvals.
Support the project team in administrative and coordination tasks.
Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
Assist with general project administration duties as required.
All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any related field.
Experience in document control/document submission for construction will be an advantage.
Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
